SilverSneakers® Steps is available to you if you are an Arizona State Retirement Plan Medicare Eligible member enrolled
in PacifiCare Senior Supplement or an Early Retiree enrolled in PacifiCare PPO and residing outside of Maricopa County, Pima County, Flagstaff County, Prescott County, Casa Grande or Yuma County.
