SilverSneakers® Steps is unlike any other physical activity program today because it easily fits into your lifestyle. There is no expensive equipment to buy, no time restrictions, and no need for specialized instruction. SilverSneakers® Steps measures your daily physical activity whether it's walking to the grocery store, chasing after your grandkids, taking a casual swim in the pool, or taking a romantic moonlight stroll. It doesn't matter what you do or where you do it as long as you're moving!

Set Your Own Goal

Recent medical research has shown that activity involving 10,000 steps per day effectively reduces body fat, improves your blood pressure, and increases aerobic fitness. Taking 10,000 steps is about equivalent to walking five miles. SilverSneakers® Steps will help you become aware of how many steps you take each day and give you the encouragement you need to take those extra steps to meet your activity goals.
